The spa is designed as a relaxing, nature-inspired environment where guests can enjoy both spa and salon services in one location. Natural Elements is open Tuesday through Saturday from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM and is closed Sunday and Monday.

Your visit is designed to be relaxing from the moment you arrive. Natural Elements recommends arriving at least 20 minutes before your scheduled appointment, so you have time to check in and prepare for your service. When you check in, our team will help guide you through the process. Before your service begins, your massage therapist, esthetician, or other service provider will talk with you about your preferences, goals, areas of concern, sensitivities, and anything else that may affect your treatment.

Natural Elements Spa and Salon recommends arriving at least 20 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Arriving early gives you time to check in and prepare without cutting into your treatment time. If you arrive late, the team will do its best to provide your full service when scheduling allows. However, if your appointment needs to end at the originally scheduled time to avoid delaying another guest, the shortened service remains payable in full.

Natural Elements offers several massage options so guests can choose an experience based on their relaxation and body-care preferences. Services include Signature Elemental Aromatherapy Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Hot Stone Massage, Himalayan Salt Stone Massage, Prenatal Massage, and Couples Massage. Massage sessions are generally available in 50- or 80-minute options, depending on the service. The therapists also offer enhancements such as aromatherapy, hot oil scalp massage, foot sugar scrubs, paraffin treatments, Himalayan salt stones, and a steam room and rain shower experience.

Couples can choose from the spa's massage offerings and customize their sessions according to their individual preferences. Couples massage experiences are available in 50- to 80-minute sessions.

A great option if you are looking for an alternative to microneedling treatments or to support your results in between microneedling sessions. The spa also offers PCA chemical peels, hydro dermabrasion treatments, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, oxygen infusion, ultrasonic skin cleansing, and other facial enhancements. Treatment selections are customized according to the guest's skincare needs and goals.

Its HydroCo Spa Capsule incorporates infrared warmth, therapeutic steam, chromotherapy, exfoliation, and hydrotherapy. Hair services include cuts, shampoo and styling, all-over color, color touch-ups, balayage, foil services, keratin treatments, and conditioning treatments. The salon exclusively uses Davines hair color and styling products as part of its focus on beauty, wellness, and intentional product selection.

Yes. Natural Elements provides manicure and pedicure services with an emphasis on natural, non-toxic nail care. Services include Spa Manicures and Pedicures, Hot Stone Manicures and Pedicures, Gentleman's Manicures and Pedicures, and paraffin treatments for the hands or feet. The spa uses Dazzle Dry, a non-toxic lacquer system, for its natural nail services.

Natural Elements' nail department focuses exclusively on natural nail care. Guests should arrive with acrylic, gel, dip, builder gel, Gel-X, or other enhancement products professionally removed before their appointment. The spa does not provide removal services for enhancement systems that require electric filing, soaking, or specialized removal equipment.

Yes. Natural Elements offers several lash and brow enhancement services. Brow tinting uses semi-permanent dye to enhance, shape, darken, and define the eyebrows, with results typically lasting three to four weeks. Lash tinting also typically lasts three to four weeks, while an Elleebana Lash Lift can provide the appearance of curled, defined natural lashes for approximately six to ten weeks. A lash tint can be paired with the lift for an enhanced mascara-like appearance.

Natural Elements asks guests to provide at least 24 hours' notice when canceling or rescheduling. Same-day cancellations are subject to a 50% fee, while rescheduling can result in a $25 fee. No-shows are charged 100% of the service value. Because appointment times are reserved specifically for each guest, these policies help the spa manage its schedule and give other clients an opportunity to book available appointments.

This allows the spa to reserve the provider's time specifically for your appointment and enforce its cancellation and no-show policies when necessary. Guests should also arrive at least 20 minutes before their scheduled service.

If you are running late, Natural Elements will make every effort to accommodate you for the full length of your service when the schedule allows. However, appointments may still need to end at their originally scheduled time so the next guest is not delayed. If your service is shortened because of a late arrival, the full service price remains due. Arriving 20 minutes early is recommended to help ensure a smooth experience.

Yes. Natural Elements' standard policy requires guests to be at least 18 years old. Guests who are 16 or 17 may receive facial, nail, and hair services when accompanied at all times by a parent or legal guardian who is at least 25 years old. If you are booking for a younger guest, it is best to confirm eligibility with the spa before scheduling.
