All gift cards have a 100% value until 5 years from date of purchase and are fully transferable within that 5 year period not extending the original expiration date.  After 5 years from purchase date, gift cards are void and non-refundable. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash. Any unused value remains on the card and cannot be redeemed for cash. No refunds are permitted. We are not responsible for stolen or lost gift cards. Gift cards MUST be present when using them to pay for products and services. To protect both our clients and the spa All recipients of electronic gift cards are required to show a photo ID upon check-in. Please ensure you enter their information accurately. If the name on their identification does not match the name to which the gift card was issued, you may be contacted for approval. The spa reserves the right to decline its use.
